Then, we transitioned into our Grammar, Quote, Question, Song notes. "Hawai'i" '78" Israel "12" Kamakawiwo'ole was our Song of the Week. As a class, we discussed on what that song really explains to us. In this song, the people in Hawaii get very upset about their land getting modernized by others. Afterwards, Ms. Nakada gave us directions on how to do our S.L.C. (Student Led Conference) Letters. She specifically told us that we could use our recent projects/assignments to explain on what we learned, and how we incorporate those ideas to reality. While we began doing this assignment, two students of Ms. Nakada's choice pass out files that contain our recent assignments we completed in class such as our Reading Projects, I-ready scores or even songs that really spoke to us from our G.Q.Q.S. notes from passed weeks.
