Today we started off the day with listening to our take a minute of the day as we wrote down our agendas. Once we were done Ms. Nakada called up Scarlett so that she could read her blog from yesterday. After Scarlett was done she asked to make a wheel to pick who would go up next. She added ten Kevens, five Scarletts, and three of me. I sadly got chosen to do to the blog next. After I was picked Ms. Nakada told us to get into our lit. groups. Once we were done with our lit. circles Ms. Nakada told us to go back to our seats. Once everyone was in their seat Ms. Nakada told us to turn to our GQ.Q.L pages to go over out lines. The lines were, "Hanging Fire" by Audre Lorde. The poem was about a fourteen year old who is growing up and going through her adolescent life. Once we were done with talking about the poem Ms. Nakada told us to get packed up. Once we were done packing up we waited for the bell to ring, so that we could go home.

A short while later, she began to check Reading Journals and Binder Reminders. Afterwards we did the test for a while. Once we had finished the test, we put our chairs up and packed up.
